How do I pay the deposit for an Upper School Spring Trip?

If your Upper School student will be going on one of the upcoming Spring Trips, you can make your deposit payment through Blackbaud Tuition Management using the instructions below:

  • Log into MyWesttown.
  • Click the "Tuition Management" post on the Resource Board.
  • Select "Purchase Optional Items" from the menu at the top of the Tuition Management site.
  • On the “Select Student” page, check the box next to the name of the student who is going on the trip, then click the blue “Continue” button at the bottom.
  • On the next screen, check the box to the left of the appropriate trip under the “Billing Item” column, then click the blue “Continue” button at the bottom.
  • On the “Agreement” screen, check the box next to the name of the trip.
  • On the next screen, check both boxes, then click the blue “Agree” button.
  • On the “Cart” screen, click the “Pay Now” button, select your payment method, then click the blue “Continue” button.
  • Proceed through the remaining screens to confirm your purchase.
