Making a one-time payment for your current balance

If you selected the 1-Pay or 2-Pay plan when you submitting your child's most recent enrollment contract, you will need to follow the instructions below to make a one-time payment for each of your plan's payment months.


  • Log into MyWesttown
  • Hover over the "Billing" button (1) at the top of the page and select “Current bill” (2) from the dropdown menu.
  • On the "Current bill" page, click the blue "Make payment" button.
  • In the "Make a payment" window, leave the "Minimum due" option selected.
  • Choose your payment method (you can either set up a payment method to be saved for future use or make a one time direct debit or credit card payment).
  • Provide the requested payment information for your chosen payment method then click the appropriate button to complete the transaction (it will either say "Complete payment" or "Finish and pay" depending on the payment method you selected).
