How do I use Epson Interactive Tools?
Introduction
- Epson Interactive Tools are available when projecting with any of the below methods:
- HDMI Cable
- Chromecast
- Epson Software
- The Epson Tools cannot be used on a Chromebook
Downloading Interactive Tools Software
- Navigate to www.epson.com
- Click “Support”
- Click “Projectors”
- In ‘Search By Product Name’ search field, input ‘Your Model' number, press “Enter”
- Click “Your Model" from the list
- Epson’s website will automatically detect your operating system
- Within the Downloads tab, click “Utilities”
- Click on “Download” next to ‘Easy Interactive Tools v5.20’
- Run application and follow the prompts to complete installation
- During the installation process, you will be prompted to respond to Registration and Shortcut preferences, select the following
- Register on Startup (Do Not Select)
- Add Shortcut to Desktop (Select)
Launching Interactive Tools
- Click on “Start Menu”
- Select ‘Easy Interactive Tools Ver 5.20

Issue with Epson Interactive Pens?
If you’ve launched the Easy Interactive Tools and are noticing issues when using the Epson Interactive Pens, check to be sure that the Interactive Drawing Function is turned off.
- Press Menu on Projector Remote Control
- Scroll to Interactive
- Select Drawing Function
- Turn off
