For Parents with Existing Blackbaud IDs (BBIDs)

If you've used a Blackbaud system at another school, you already have a Blackbaud ID (BBID) and should use the same login credentials for our school.  However, using the same BBID at multiple schools can sometimes cause login issues, such as being redirected to the wrong school. If you're having trouble signing in to MyWesttown, please try any of the following:

Try a different browser: Sign in using a different web browser that you have not previously used to sign into another school's Blackbaud platform.

Clear Blackbaud-specific cookies and cache:  Clear your cookies and cache specifically for Blackbaud sites, including MyWesttown and other Blackbaud organization login pages. Instructions for clearing cookies for a specific site are linked below:

  • Edge - See section entitled Delete cookies from a specific site
  • Safari

Clear your browser's data: Clear your entire browsing history, cookies, and cache.  Instructions for the most common browsers are linked below. NOTE: This will log you out of any websites you are currently logged into.
