How do I see grade reports for all the students in one of my classes or advisories?

As a teacher, advisor, or dorm parent, you can run reports that show you report cards, transcripts, or year-to-date grades and comments for all the students in a class, advisory group, or dorm.

• Hover over the "Classes" button if looking for an academic class, or hover over the “Groups” button if looking for an advisory group or dorm.

• Select the class or group from the dropdown list.
• Click on the "Grading" tab.

• Click on the "Run Grading Reports" button.

• Select the desired report from the available list. Options include:
  • Section Grades - By School Year (for looking at all the grades and comments for students in a specific class session for the year so far).
  • Transcripts - this is the transcript that shows credits earned by academic department. It is used for course planning but does not look anything like the student's official transcript.
  • Report Cards for each of the completed grading periods
  • Upper School - unofficial - this transcript closely resembles the student's official transcript.
