How do I reset my password for MyWesttown?
The following instructions will guide you through the process of resetting your MyWesttown password. If you encounter any difficulties or need to know which email address is associated with your MyWesttown account, please contact helpdesk@westtown.edu for assistance.
- Go to MyWesttown - https://westtown.myschoolapp.com
- Enter the email address associated with your account (1) and click the “Next” button (2). You will be redirected to the Blackbaud ID Sign In page.
- On the Blackbaud “Sign in” page, click “Continue with Email” (3).
- Enter the email address associated with your account (4) and click the “Next” button (5).
- Click “Forgot password?” (6)
- You will be taken to a “Reset password” page. Click “Send confirmation code” (7)
- You will be taken to a “Reset password” page with a field for entering a 6-digit confirmation code. Leave this browser tab open, and go check your email inbox (either in another tab or from another device). You should have received an email with a six digit code. (If you do not see this message in your inbox, check your spam folder.) Copy or remember this access code (8).
- Go back to the browser tab with the “Reset password” page, enter the six-digit access code (9), and click the “Confirm” button (10).
- On the next screen, enter a new password that meets the listed criteria (11), re-enter the password to confirm it (12), and then click the “Continue” button (13).
You will briefly see a message confirming that you have successfully reset your password, then you will be taken back to the MyWesttown login page. Enter your email address, click the “Next” button, enter your new password on the “Sign in” page, and click the “Sign in” button. You should now be logged into MyWesttown.
