How do I see Upper School co-curricular/athletic rosters?

If you need rosters for Upper School co-curricular groups or athletic teams, follow the directions below to find up-to-date lists that can be accessed by any teacher or administrator

• Scroll down to the bottom of your "Schedule & Performance" page in MyWesttown.
• Find the blue "Lists" box and click the "View All" link.
• Find the report for the type of roster (Athletic Rosters for interscholastic sports, Co-curricular Rosters for non-interscholastic-sport co-curricular activities) and season and click the "Run" link to the right of that report.
• Click the "Export" link to download a .csv file of the rosters. They should be sorted alphabetically by team name then by student last name.
